Our 6000 sq.ft. office, catalog showroom, and warehouse facility, is located in Historic Washington, North Carolina. Washington is located near the intersection of highway 17 and highway 264 in eastern North Carolina. From interstate 95, take highway 264 East and look for our billboard on your left when entering Washington. NEW PRODUCT FOR SPRING 2006... You asked for it, and after more than 2 years of research and development we've delivered! Introducing Rain Away ^TM No Rinse Algae and Roof Stain Remover! Simply spray diluted solution on roof and watch stains disappear. Rain Away ^TM has been formulated to kill Moss, Algae, Mildew and Lichen making it an ideal roof treatment and can be applied annually or biannually to prevent ugly roof stains from reappearing. Use Rain Away on other surfaces too such as Brick, Stucco, Siding, and Concrete.  Rain Away ^TM  is non-corrosive, non-hazardous, non-toxic, 100% bio-degradable, and will not harm your plants, pets, siding or trim. 1 gallon makes 10 gallons of ready to use solution. The Pitch Witch ^TM  Roof Cleaning System consists of four major components which we have listed below. The four components are: The Pitch Witch ^TM  , The PowerWand, The X-Jet Nozzle, and our Renew Roof and Deck Cleaner. There are many accessories available also, some of which are: the Walking Stick, high pressure quick connect ball valves, the Ridge Rider adapter, the Ridge Chair, and the Gravity Clean system. 1.) The Pitch Witch

The Pitch Witch ^TM roof cleaning attachment is available in four sizes. Model PW120 has 3 nozzles, and a spray width of 12 to 14 inches and requires a minimum of @2 gpm. Model PW160 has 4 nozzles, a spray width of 16 to 18 inches and requires a minimum of @3 gpm. Model PW200 has 5 nozzles, a spray width of 20 to 22 inches and requires a minimum of @ 4 gpm. Model PW240 has 6 nozzles, a spray width of 24 to 26 inches and requires a minimum of @5 gpm. If your equipment has a pressure actuated un-loader valve, you may notice an initial burst of pressure that can propel the unit upwards from the surface if not prepared for in advance. This effect is somewhat minimized if the extension wand is fully extended and at an angle of less than 45 degrees, thus the weight of the wand will counter this effect. This effect can be eliminated by simply installing a ball valve between your hose and extension wand then gradually opening the valve with the trigger gun open. This will gradually release the trapped pressure between the un-loader valve and gun. For information ask your sales representative when placing your order.

The Pitch Witch ^TM Model PW120

Model PW120 features 3 nozzles, a spray width of 12 to 14 inches and requires a minimum of @ 2 gpm. Recommended for 2 to 3 gpm machines

The Pitch Witch ^TM Model PW160

Model PW160 features 4 nozzles, a spray width of 16 to 18 inches and requires a minimum of @ 3 gpm. Recommended for 3 to 4 gpm machines.

The Pitch Witch ^TM Model PW200

Model PW200 features 5 nozzles, a spray width of 20 to 22 inches and requires a minimum of @ 4 gpm. Recommended for 4 to 5 gpm machines.

The Pitch Witch ^TM Model PW240

Model PW240 features 6 nozzles, a spray width of 24 to 26 inches and requires a minimum of @ 5 gpm. Recommended for 5 gpm machines and above.

Roof valleys are not a problem for the versatile Pitch Witch ^TM roof cleaning attachment as shown in the picture below. Ground obstacles are easily maneuvered around such as shrubbery and other landscaping.

2.) The PowerWand

We strongly recommend the PowerWand telescopic wand for use with the Pitch Witch ^TM roof cleaning attachment. It is available in 4,6,8, and 12 foot sections, up to 5 sections per unit!  It's quality, reach, and rigid construction make it an ideal choice. The PowerWand also comes standard with an 8 inch multi-purpose brush, broom threaded adapter, taper adapter, and single jet cleaner shown above. These wands are also used in the exterior window cleaning of tall buildings and can be ordered with a support pole as well as other window cleaning attachments. Not sure how long you need it? No problem, the PowerWand can be added on to later. For instance if you ordered a 3 - 8' or 24' wand and later decided you need one longer, you could add up to 2 additional sections later to give you a 5 - 8' or 40' wand. Another feature of the PowerWand is the internal hose can be removed from the inside via quick connect couplers. After removing the hose the broom threaded adapter can be attached to the end coupler and the wand can then be used as an extension brush handle. Did I mention the gutter cleaning attachment? That's right, the PowerWand has an available gutter cleaning attachment that can be attached on the end to aid in cleaning 1st and 2nd story gutters safely from the ground. This unique bend on the end of the PowerWand, as seen above, enables you to easily maneuver the Pitch Witch ^TM remotely from the ground. This hose is made from a thermalplast material and weighs only a few ounces minimizing the weight and flex in the system.

*We recommend the 12 ft. sections as opposed to the 8 ft. section wands. The 12 ft. section wands are more rigid and you may find worth the additional cost in shipping. The wands recommended for use with the Pitch Witch are specially built to our specifications and have a B code at the end of the part number. They also feature larger diameter tubing than conventional PowerWands..

3.) The X-Jet Nozzle

The X-jet nozzle is the only chemical injector on the market that delivers a draw rate of up to 2 to 1. The X-jet nozzle comes with a package of 15 proportioners to regulate the chemical to water ratio desired, 15 ft. of chemical hose, a shut off valve, and strainer. Attached to the end of a regular power washing lance, the X-jet nozzle will propel a solution of roof cleaning chemicals up to 40 ft. vertical. Standing safely on the ground, the user can soap up to 1500 sq. ft. of roof in a matter of minutes before switching over to the PowerWand and Pitch Witch ^TM roof cleaning attachment for rinsing. The X-jet nozzle is the preferred method of roof cleaning chemical application and can be used to wash and rinse any surface which would normally require the use of ladders or lifting devices. Complete your Pitch Witch ^TM roof cleaning system with the X-jet nozzle.

Optional Close Range attachment included........(the close range attachment inserts into the business end of the X-jet via 1/8 NPT threads and will convert the X-jet from a stream pattern to a fan pattern for close range work, usually less than 6 to 8 ft.)

NOTE: These are approximate ratios. Ratios can vary at different sea levels or depending on manufacture of the pressure washer. If precise measuring is required, please make a test ratio with your pressure washer.

4.) Renew Roof and Deck Cleaning Formula

Renew ^TM  Advanced Roof and Deck Cleaning Formula completes the Pitch Witch ^TM  Roof Cleaning System, and is arguably the most important component. Ace Cleaning Inc. is pleased to introduce this revolutionary new product called Renew ^TM  Advanced Roof and Deck Cleaning Formula.  Renew ^TM has been specially formulated to clean asphalt, cedar, and fiberglass shingles. Renew ^TM also works great on decks, wood fencing, and docks. Renew ^TM is 100% biodegradable and contains no bleach, solvents, acids, phosphates or peroxide. Renew ^TM is designed to be rinsed with low pressure and does not leave streaks.  Renew ^TM is highly concentrated and has a large amount of chelating agents to prevent scaling of hot water pressure washers and heating devices. Renew ^TM has special ingredients along with an added level of surfactants to aid it in clinging to steep pitched roofs and vertical surfaces such as deck railings during the dwell cycle. Other products run off too quick and do not achieve proper dwell. Renew ^TM is a dual acting chemical which acts as a sealer to prevent the re-development of the fungus for several weeks after application.

For cleaning asphalt, cedar, and fiberglass shingles dilute 1 part Renew ^TM to 10 parts water. Spray dry surface to be cleaned with this diluted solution, allow 10 to 15 minutes for dwell, and rinse with low pressure. To clean decks, docks, and wood fences dilute 1 part Renew ^TM to 20 parts water, spray dry surface to be cleaned with this diluted solution, allow 10 to 15 minutes for dwell, and rinse with medium pressure.

Warranties and Returns:

Ace Cleaning Inc. does not warranty any item except those manufactured by Ace Cleaning Inc. All warranties are presented to the buyer by the original manufacturer and must be returned prepaid to said manufacturer accompanied by a Returned Authorization Number (RAN) which Ace Cleaning Inc. can obtain for you. Any item that is ordered incorrectly and must be returned to Ace Cleaning Inc. will be credited at full purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, which if a credit card was used for the purchase, will be credited toward that credit card.  If payment was made by check, a credit will be issued to the customers account and may be redeemed on the next order. Return of these items must be pre-arranged and accompanied by an RAN number freight pre-paid to Ace Cleaning Inc. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original invoice date. Any item returned must be in NEW condition.
